The problem
a² offers concierge real estate advisory across New York and New Jersey markets. The firm needed a website that matched the level of its service, and a way to cover more neighborhoods without building every page by hand.
Each new market meant another copy of a page layout, which made the site slow to grow and hard to keep consistent.
What I did
I migrated the site from Webflow, refined the visual design, and handled revisions with the client.
I built the market and neighborhood guide templates with help from AI coding agents, then led the later New Jersey expansion that reused them, along with the licensing disclosures and navigation fixes.

Decisions that mattered
Separate content from layout
Market and neighborhood guides are content records rendered by shared templates. A new town is a new record, not a new page design.
Treat different markets differently
Bergen County and the Jersey Shore attract different buyers. The guides present each on its own terms instead of forcing one description onto both.
Inform without overstating
Market information is written as concierge guidance and cites public records, so it never implies the firm owns listings or handled particular sales.

What was delivered
- Webflow migration with existing useful content carried over
- Responsive service pages
- Reusable market and neighborhood guide templates
- Six market guides and 21 neighborhood guides
- Maps, metadata, and sitemaps
- Licensing and housing disclosures
What can be shown
The site is live at asquaredcs.com.
The New Jersey expansion added two market guides and nine communities without any new page components.
This case shows a working content system. It does not claim changes in inquiries or search rankings.
