The problem
Different Breed runs many programs under one roof, from boxing to Pilates and seasonal camps. The website needed to make it easy to see what is on offer, when classes run, and how to get started.
The gym also wanted the same campaigns that appeared online to show up inside the building, on the lobby screen members walk past every day.
What I did
I set the design direction and built the site, the schedule and booking connections to MindBody, the campaign pages, and the lobby display.
I used AI-assisted development throughout and worked from program and campaign content supplied by the gym.
I also run the gym’s social content pipeline. AI agents help find footage, draft scripts and captions, and render videos from shared templates. Every post waits for my approval before it goes out to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok.

Decisions that mattered
One schedule grid, everywhere
Every class page uses the same schedule component, fed by MindBody. When the timetable changes in MindBody, each program page follows without manual edits.
Organize around the breadth of the gym
Class and coach pages share templates, so adding a program means adding content, not designing a new page.
Carry campaigns from the web into the building
Campaign pages and lobby panels share content and design, so a promotion looks the same on a phone and on the lobby screen.
Build content once, use it everywhere
The same video templates produce lobby panels and social Stories, and a weekly member spotlight updates the website, the lobby screen, and a social post together.
Keep a person in the loop
AI agents do the slow parts of making a post, but nothing publishes without a human approving it first.
- 1. Gym team
Films classes and events and sends the raw clips
- 2. Me
I write the brief for the post or campaign
My step - 3. AI agents
Find matching footage, draft the script and captions, and render from shared templates
- 4. Me
I review and approve every post before it goes out
My step - 5. Publishing
Approved posts go to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok
- 6. Shared templates
The same campaign appears on the lobby screen and the website

What was delivered
- Class and coach page templates
- Live class schedule from MindBody
- Booking and free intro request flows
- Campaign landing pages
- Rotating lobby display with campaign media, managed separately from the website
- A shared design system across web and lobby
- An approval-gated social content pipeline for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok
What can be shown
The site is live at differentbreedsportsacademy.com, deployed on Vercel.
The lobby display runs in the gym and reloads itself when a new version is deployed.
Since April 2026 the content pipeline has published more than 125 posts with a recorded Instagram link.
This case describes what was built and is running. It does not claim measured changes in bookings, membership, or social engagement.
